Service Calls on equipment and software that are not on Maintenance Agreements are promptly responded to at an agreed hourly rate during normal office hours. All maintenance is carried out by our own manufacturer-trained Service Engineers and we promise to be on-site within four hours of your call. This has been reinforced by investment of the latest software, which allows us to respond to you within one hour. At DigiNet, by using our live remote assistance tool, we can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard so that we can speedily help resolve you query.
